I can’t recommend Powerflo highly enough. We originally thought we had a simple clog in our basement kitchen waste line, but it turned out the 2-inch cast iron pipe had rotted and collapsed under 4 inches of concrete. I usually don’t get lucky with home repairs like this but things turned out really well.

Mike provided a detailed, transparent estimate upfront covering best, average, and worst-case  so there were no surprises. Throughout the 2-day project, the guys on site kept me constantly informed, providing proactive updates on their progress and potential issues they encountered finding the pipe under the slab.

In spite of digging through concrete in a finished basement, they worked to keep cabinet and tile damage to an absolute minimum, , this was the lucky part! They finished ahead of schedule, the cleanup was great(believe me there will be always be some left over dust with a job like this), and the price was very fair. All in all fantastic job by a team of real pros!

I had to get the Powerflo guys back in due to a leak in kitchen drain assembly (damn).  I have been using for years and their tech Gary showed up and did a great job.  As usual they left the sink and underneath cleaner than it was when they started.  Always impressed which their service and professionalism.  As added bonus they have upgraded to a fully automated text scheduling system and billing system which was smooth as could be imagined.
Also had lines snaked since this marked a yearly visit.  Remember people practice safe plumbing and get your lines snaked regularly to prevent the unwanted surprises!

Very satisfied  long time time customer.  The techs who show up are very thorough and get to the root cause of the problem.  Best recommendation is to get on a yearly schedule with them and have your snake your drains and traps.  It will save you a lot of hassle when things eventually clog - and they will.

I just wanted to update mu review based on a visit a few days ago because it is not ofter you find service this good.  I had them come in to clear out a bathtub that was clogging and a toilet that needed to be reseated on a new wax ring.  I was ahead of the curve on the problem and told them to fit me in over the nexr few days and they contacted me by the second day and asked if they could comeover.  The job was outstanding. I sort of knew the drill  but all work to be done was explained ahead of time.  Very efficient and thorough job.  The bathroom was cleaner when the tech left then before he arrived!

I had a fantastic experience with POWERFLO in Staten Island. The workers, Eddie and Joe, were absolutely outstanding. They did an excellent job from start to finish—professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

What really stood out was how quickly they completed the work without cutting any corners. They were also friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s not often you find a crew that combines skill, speed, and great customer service the way they do.

Had my sewer main back up late last night and we discovered water in our basement this morning. Within an hour of contacting them (through HomeServe), Eddie from PowerFlo was at our house and dealt with the problem immediately. He was able to clear out the sewer line and get the problem fixed. He was very clean, covered his shoes to protect our rugs, and cleaned up after he was done. Eddie did a great job explaining the issue and giving me pointers on how to deal with it in the future.
